She is warm and pleasant and put us at ease from the beginning. Despite the fact that many houses were languishing in the shadow of the epidemic, that was not our experience. Lynn created a “visual tour” of the interior and exterior with labeled photographs which she posted the internet so prospective buyers could review the property. Within 48 hours the property was sold. It sold at Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000 !) more than was anticipated!
