On the SASH Realty Team, Kim Fiesta brings hustle, energy, and a great attitude to get her clients’ properties ready for sale and sold! As a graduate of our Internship program Kim possesses a wealth of knowledge to that allows her to give the best possible outcomes to sellers and buyers.

Kim’s 10 years of sales experience means that she is dedicated to providing the best customer service. She goes above and beyond for clients’ needs, whether it’s helping on moving day, organizing and managing an estate sale, sprucing the home for photography, or getting it ready for listing day! Her enthusiasm will make your experience with purchasing or listing a home an enjoyable process. Kim is pleasant to work with, and takes pride in the quality work that she provides.

 

Born and raised in the Philippines, Kim is trilingual: English, Tagalog and Illocano. Her capability in adapting to a new environment and learning a new language gives her the confidence to excel in real estate. With more than two decades of living in the Pacific Northwest, Kim is knowledgeable in the regions and cities that make this place a wonderful home.

 

While she’s off work, Kim enjoys being outdoors, doing hiking and longboarding, and taking pictures of nature/objects that capture her attention. In her down time she likes to paint abstract, and spends time with friends and family.
